Claims Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Analyst responsible for managing communications and processing claims with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process daily production and adjustment reports from Anthem
• Handle adjustment claims and requests for Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Assist internal departments with inquiries related to claims and adjustments

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of medical claims processing experience
• Experience with QicLink claims processing system preferred
• Adjustment experience is required
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; ability to learn Microsoft Access
