Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplemental Health Claim Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately determine claim benefits payable based on medical information and contract language
• Communicate with external and internal customers to finalize claims and explain claim handling
• Provide effective customer service through various channels, including phone and email correspondence

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Working understanding of computer systems such as email and data entry
• Ability to assess customer needs and demonstrate flexibility in responses
• Must have access to high-speed internet and be located in the United States or Puerto Rico
• Preferred knowledge of insurance products and medical terminology
