Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with analysts and internal customers to research and determine root causes for claim processing issues
• Applies advanced reporting and data analysis techniques to identify error types and recommend corrective actions
• Participates in process improvement and automation efforts while adapting to industry changes and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Basic knowledge of applications used within operational processes
• Experience with claims processing and Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level preferred
• Familiarity with formulary management and reporting tools
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
