Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Claims Analyst is a full-time remote position responsible for the accurate adjudication and processing of medical, dental, vision, or other related claims, including handling correspondence and electronic inquiries according to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret claim forms and related documents to determine benefit coverage
• Investigate, pend, and refer claims based on established procedures and guidelines
• Support internal departments in resolving claims and provide customer service assistance

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Ability to learn new systems and effectively use MS Excel/Word
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Ability to adapt to various system platforms
