Claims Analyst

Job Summary

In a full-time remote role, the Claims Analyst will accurately adjudicate and process medical, dental, and vision claims, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and providing customer service support.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret claim forms and related documents to determine benefit coverage
• Investigate and refer claims based on established procedures and guidelines
• Communicate with employees, providers, and clients to ensure proper claim processing and resolution

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Experience with MS Excel and Word
• Flexibility and openness to process improvement
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to various platforms
