Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Following established procedures, the full-time remote Claims Analyst will review and determine eligibility for a range of legal administration claims while ensuring compliance with departmental standards and effectively communicating any issues to management.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and stay updated on all department and company policy procedures
• Utilize proprietary software tools to access, review claim documents, and enter claim decisions
• Perform data entry and verification as necessary to support claims processing

Required qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma
• 1+ year of previous claims experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and relational databases
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and critical thinking skills
• Mathematical skills
