Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of complex cargo claims, the full-time Claims Analyst will drive comprehensive claim management from initiation to resolution, ensuring financial integrity and optimizing operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage complex cargo claims, negotiating settlements and analyzing trends to identify risks
• Lead high-level external communications and relationships, addressing inquiries and driving resolutions
• Comprehensively manage financial aspects of claims, ensuring compliance and protecting the company's financial interests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or 3 years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience managing claims, preferably in a cargo claims or 3PL environment
• Proficient in Google Suite with the ability to conduct basic risk analysis and data reporting
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
