Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Claims Analyst II will develop operational reports and dashboards, analyze claims data, and support the Claims department's growth by providing actionable insights and mentoring other analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify operational reporting opportunities and develop data visualizations for the Claims department
• Analyze claims data using tools like Domo and AWS Redshift to provide insights for stakeholders
• Build and optimize complex dashboards and automated reporting systems to track KPIs and support decision-making

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role
• 1+ years of experience in Property Insurance or Claims
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, PowerBI) and SQL programming
• Strong understanding of database structure and ETL processes
