Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Claims Analyst will manage the accurate adjudication and processing of medical, dental, vision, and related claims, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and turnaround times.

Key responsibilities

• Process and adjudicate claims for assigned groups, handling related correspondence and inquiries
• Ensure adherence to claim processing guidelines and established turnaround times

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
