Job Summary

Handling complex and high exposure bodily injury and property damage claims, the full-time remote Claims Analyst with Adjuster License will investigate and adjust claims while directing outside defense counsel and vendors in the claims-handling processes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Investigate and adjust claims, directing outside counsel and vendors throughout the claims process
  • Assist the Claim Manager in identifying exposures and recommending solutions
  • Supervise outside vendors for investigations and litigation management, ensuring compliance with applicable jurisdictions
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience with seven or more years in casualty claims
  • Strong technical skills in claims handling and a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Adjuster licenses required for various states, with the ability to obtain necessary licensing within 90 days
  • Experience handling large exposure and complex claims, including litigated matters
  • Superior negotiation skills and understanding of insurance coverage
