Claims Analyst with Adjuster License

Job Summary

Handling complex and high exposure bodily injury and property damage claims, the full-time remote Claims Analyst with Adjuster License will investigate and adjust claims while directing outside counsel and vendors in the claims-handling process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigates and adjusts claims, directing outside defense counsel and vendors in the claims-handling process
• Assists the Claims Manager in identifying exposures and recommending solutions while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Supervises outside vendors and interacts with insurance carriers and third-party claimants to manage complex claims effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience with seven or more years in casualty claims
• Strong technical skills in claims handling and a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverage
• Adjuster licenses required for various states, with the ability to obtain necessary licensing within 90 days
• Experience managing large exposure and complex claims, including litigated matters
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with claimants, attorneys, and internal teams
