Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Assistant to support the claims team in managing claims-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the claims process through report reconciliation, documentation maintenance, and accurate claims handling
  • Handle overflow calls and emails, providing customer assistance and sending requested forms
  • Assist management with developing new letters/forms, maintaining electronic claim files, and monitoring claim status
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of insurance experience
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems for claim adjudication support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer requirements
