Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Assistant - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up new losses and manage the Corporate Claims email inbox
  • Handle wage calculations, subpoenas, and request medical records
  • Scan and upload documents to claim files and maintain payment schedules
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a claim assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
