Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Assistant - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up new losses and manage the Corporate Claims email inbox
- Handle wage calculations, subpoenas, and request medical records
- Scan and upload documents to claim files and maintain payment schedules
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a claim assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
