Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Assistant to provide support for claims-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first line support for claims-related inquiries via phone and email
  • Research and resolve issues related to claims, ensuring proper escalation when necessary
  • Record and track customer interactions in the claims database and manage department mail
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of general office and customer service experience; 4 years in claims or legal operations preferred
  • Experience in customer service and claims or legal support is desired
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Clear background, drug test, and education check required
