Job Summary

Detail-oriented and committed, the full-time remote Liability Claims Assistant I will manage data-entry tasks related to claim entry, vendor file updates, simple accounting, and spreadsheet maintenance while providing support to claims specialists and clients.

Key responsibilities:
  • Set up claim files and complete necessary reporting, including National Practitioner Data Bank and state-specific reports
  • Maintain incident records, send acknowledgment letters, and enter data on electronic file records
  • Review invoices and upload them to the claim system in accordance with established procedures
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED, or 1-2 years of related experience or training
  • Proficiency in Word and strong Excel skills; knowledge of Trideo, Claims Enterprise, and/or ResolveStar preferred
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures accurately
  • Ability to meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner
  • Experience in handling administrative tasks related to claims processing
