Key Responsibilities

Supervise a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
Promote best practices and guide the claims team in accordance with company standards
Manage adjuster hiring and training while fostering a culture of performance improvement

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
Minimum of 12 years related claims experience
At least 3 years of supervisory experience
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
Knowledge of all team member related functions
