Claims Associate

Job Summary

Joining a growing company, the full-time Claims Associate will assist in claims operations by processing assigned claims from intake through coverage determination while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and adjudicate claims in accordance with contract terms and company guidelines
• Audit parts and labor submissions to ensure accuracy, reasonableness, and compliance with repair standards
• Communicate claim determinations professionally to dealers, servicers, and customers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of multi-line powersports service advisor or warranty administrator experience
• Demonstrated expertise in parts and labor auditing
• Knowledge of powersports repair diagnostics and maintenance procedures
• Strong documentation skills and experience with claims or contract management systems
• Ability to independently manage claim workflows with minimal supervision
