Claims Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Associate - Consumer to process claims and determine benefits due for financial program benefits plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Process claims and determine benefits due for credit card or financial program benefits
• Make timely payments and adjustments for specified program claims while ensuring proper documentation
• Handle a high volume of claims, phone calls, and correspondence, meeting quality and production goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bilingual in Brazilian Portuguese
• One year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Claims industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of first party property and casualty claim adjudication as applicable to line of business
