Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation & Arbitration Claims Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages
• Handles all aspects of advanced auto claims with discretion and independence, utilizing increased authority
• Assesses subrogation or fraud potential and applies experience in various specialty positions within claims

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance policies and industry standards
• Experience in claims investigation and negotiation
• Ability to evaluate and negotiate injury claims
• Understanding of vehicle body parts and potential property damage
• Experience at the Adjuster II level or in specialty claims positions
