Claims Associate

Job Summary

Claims Associate processes claims and determines benefits for credit card or financial program benefits plans on a contract basis, working remotely and providing superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process claims and make timely payments and adjustments for specified program claims
• Adjudicate proper settlement or denials based on investigation and evaluation
• Handle high volume of claims, ensuring proper documentation and meeting quality and production goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bilingual in Brazilian Portuguese
• One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Claims industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of first party property and casualty claim adjudication
