Claims Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Claims Associate in the INVEST program will engage in a 6-month paid, fully remote immersive learning experience, focusing on claims management, client service excellence, and professional development under mentorship.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational insurance knowledge
• Shadow experienced claims professionals and progressively take ownership of indemnity claims while applying learned concepts in a simulated environment
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support empathetic claims handling and ensure compliance with service guidelines

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred; candidates with proven experience will be considered
• Strong familiarity with M365 products, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel and PowerPoint
• Active listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
