Claims Associate

Job Summary

Assisting in claims operations, the full-time Claims Associate will process assigned claims from intake through coverage determination while communicating with interested parties in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and adjudicate claims in accordance with contract terms and company guidelines
• Audit parts and labor submissions for accuracy and compliance with repair standards
• Document claim files with clear and defensible notes while managing claim workloads for timely resolution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of multi-line powersports service advisor or warranty administrator experience
• Demonstrated expertise in parts and labor auditing
• Knowledge of powersports repair diagnostics and maintenance procedures
• Experience with claims or contract management systems
• Ability to independently manage claim workflows with minimal supervision
