Claims Associate

Job Summary

Joining a growing team, the full-time Claims Associate will assist in claims operations remotely, processing claims from intake through coverage determination while communicating with relevant parties throughout the claim process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and adjudicate claims in accordance with contract terms and company guidelines
• Audit parts and labor submissions for accuracy and compliance with repair standards
• Document claim files with clear and defensible notes while managing claim workloads for timely resolution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a multi-line powersports service advisor or warranty administrator
• Demonstrated expertise in parts and labor auditing
• Knowledge of powersports repair diagnostics and maintenance procedures
• Experience with claims or contract management systems
• Ability to manage claim workflows independently with minimal supervision
