Claims Associate - Colorado Licensed

Job Summary

To support recent college graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Claims Associate - Colorado Licensed will participate in a 6-month paid immersive learning program focused on claims management and client service excellence, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship while progressively handling indemnity claims.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational knowledge in claims operations
• Shadow experienced claims professionals and practice in a simulated environment to apply newly learned concepts in real-world scenarios
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders while managing a portfolio of indemnity claims under supervision

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience in a related field may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel and PPT)
• Adaptable to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious and learning-focused mindset
