Claims Associate - Colorado Licensed

Job Summary

To support recent graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Claims Associate - Colorado Licensed will participate in a 6-month paid immersive learning program focused on claims management, client service excellence, and hands-on application of insurance knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational insurance knowledge
• Gradually take ownership of workers' compensation claims, applying training in real-world scenarios under supervision
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support empathetic claims handling and strategy development

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel, and PPT)
• Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious and learning-focused mindset with active listening skills
