Job Summary

To support recent college graduates seeking a meaningful career, the fully remote Claims Associate - Colorado Licensed will participate in a 6-month paid immersive learning program focused on claims management, client service excellence, and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational insurance knowledge
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios under close supervision
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support collaborative claims handling and strategy development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel and PowerPoint
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset with active listening skills
