Claims Associate - Connecticut Licensed

Job Summary

To support recent graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Claims Associate - Connecticut Licensed will engage in a 6-month paid immersive learning experience focused on claims management and client service excellence, including structured learning, shadowing claims experts, and gradually taking ownership of indemnity claims.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational knowledge in claims operations
• Shadow experienced claims professionals to learn best practices for managing workers' compensation claims
• Gradually take ownership of an evolving portfolio of indemnity claims while applying training to real-world scenarios under supervision

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Active listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel and PPT)
• Curious, learning-focused mindset with the ability to manage time effectively and multi-task
