Job Summary

To support recent graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Claims Associate - Connecticut Licensed will engage in a 6-month paid immersive learning experience focused on claims management, client service excellence, and hands-on training under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational insurance knowledge
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios while receiving close supervision
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support collaborative and empathetic claims handling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Strong familiarity with M365 products, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated active listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and technology
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
