Claims Associate - Florida Licensed

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Claims Associate - Florida Licensed will participate in a 6-month paid, fully remote immersive learning program focused on claims management, client service excellence, and foundational insurance knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Shadow experienced claims professionals and apply knowledge in a simulated environment to build confidence
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims while collaborating with peers and mentors to develop professional skills

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel and PPT)
• Demonstrated active listening and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
