Job Summary

To support recent college graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Claims Associate - Illinois Licensed will participate in a 6-month paid immersive learning program focused on claims management, client service excellence, and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and hands-on training in claims operations and insurance knowledge
• Shadow experienced claims professionals and practice skills in a simulated environment to build confidence in managing workers' compensation claims
• Take ownership of an evolving portfolio of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios while collaborating with peers and mentors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Active listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with M365 products
• Curious, learning-focused mindset with the ability to manage time effectively
