Claims Associate - Michigan

Job Summary

To support recent college graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Claims Associate - Michigan will engage in a 6-month paid immersive learning experience focused on claims management, client service excellence, and professional development under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational knowledge in claims operations
• Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to gain hands-on experience in managing workers' compensation claims
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios while collaborating with peers and mentors

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Active listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with M365 products
• Curious, learning-focused mindset with strong time management skills
