Claims Associate - Mississippi

Job Summary

To support recent college graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Claims Associate - Mississippi will participate in a 6-month paid immersive learning program focused on claims management, client service excellence, and hands-on training under experienced mentors.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational insurance knowledge
• Shadow claims experts to learn best practices in managing workers' compensation claims and progressively take ownership of claims under supervision
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to support collaborative claims handling and ensure compliance with client service instructions and carrier guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel and PPT)
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset with active listening and problem-solving skills
