Claims Associate - Missouri Licensed

Job Summary

To support recent college graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Claims Associate - Missouri Licensed will participate in a 6-month paid immersive learning program focused on claims management and client service, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship while progressively handling indemnity claims.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational insurance knowledge
• Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to develop skills in managing workers' compensation claims
• Gradually take ownership of an evolving portfolio of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios under supervision

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience in a relevant field will be considered for candidates without a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel and PowerPoint
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and technology
