Claims Associate - Nevada Licensed

Job Summary

To support recent college graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Claims Associate - Nevada Licensed will participate in a 6-month paid immersive learning program focused on claims management, client service excellence, and professional development under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational knowledge in claims operations
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims, applying training in real-world scenarios while receiving close supervision
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support empathetic and effective claims handling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Computer literacy, including strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel, and PPT)
• Active listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset with strong time management abilities
