Claims Associate - New York Licensed

Job Summary

To support recent college graduates seeking a meaningful career, the fully remote Claims Associate - New York Licensed will participate in a 6-month paid immersive learning program focused on claims management, client service excellence, and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning, including instructor-led sessions and job shadowing, to gain foundational insurance knowledge and claims operations understanding
• Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to build confidence in managing workers' compensation claims
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders, applying training to real-world claims scenarios under supervision

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience will be considered for candidates without a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel and PPT)
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset with strong time management skills
