Job Summary

To support recent college graduates in launching their careers, the full-time Claims Associate - Pennsylvania Licensed will engage in a 6-month paid, fully remote immersive learning program focused on claims management and client service excellence, including structured learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational insurance knowledge
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios under close supervision
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support empathetic claims handling and strategy development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered for candidates without a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and technology
• Detail-oriented with a curious, learning-focused mindset
