Claims Associate - Texas Licensed

Job Summary

To support recent college graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Claims Associate - Texas Licensed will participate in a 6-month paid immersive learning program focused on claims management, including hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world application of insurance principles.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational knowledge in claims operations
• Shadow experienced claims professionals and progressively take ownership of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios
• Collaborate with peers and mentors to deepen understanding of the claims process and develop professional relationships within the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products
• Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and technology
• Active listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
