Claims Associate - Texas Licensed

Job Summary

To support recent college graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Claims Associate - Texas Licensed will participate in a 6-month paid immersive learning program focused on claims management, client service excellence, and hands-on training under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through online modules, job shadowing, and mentorship to build foundational knowledge in insurance and claims operations
• Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to gain confidence in managing workers' compensation claims
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders while gradually taking ownership of an evolving portfolio of indemnity claims

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel and PowerPoint
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset with strong time management skills
