Claims Associate - Texas Licensed

Job Summary

To support recent college graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Claims Associate - Texas Licensed will participate in a 6-month paid immersive learning experience focused on claims management, client service, and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational insurance knowledge
• Shadow experienced claims professionals and apply concepts in a simulated environment to develop hands-on skills in claims management
• Take ownership of an evolving portfolio of indemnity claims while collaborating with mentors and cross-functional teams to enhance client service

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel and PPT)
• Active listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
