Job Summary

To support recent college graduates seeking a meaningful career, the fully remote Claims Associate - Washington Licensed will participate in a 6-month paid immersive learning program focused on claims management, client service excellence, and professional development.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage in structured learning through virtual classrooms, job shadowing, and mentorship to build foundational knowledge in insurance and claims operations
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims, applying training in real-world scenarios while receiving close supervision
• Analyze claims documentation and communicate with stakeholders to ensure effective claims handling and compliance with client service instructions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred; relevant experience may be considered
• Familiarity with M365 products, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Detail-oriented with effective time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Curious and learning-focused mindset with active listening skills
