Claims Associate - Washington Licensed

Job Summary

To support recent college graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Claims Associate - Washington Licensed will participate in a 6-month paid immersive learning program focused on claims management, client service excellence, and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational knowledge in insurance and claims operations
• Shadow experienced claims professionals and practice in a simulated environment to gain hands-on experience in managing workers' compensation claims
• Engage in professional communication and strategy development with clients while gradually taking ownership of an evolving portfolio of indemnity claims

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel and PPT)
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach
