Claims Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Claims Billing & Case Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of Salesforce cases related to RCM inquiries, ensuring documentation and resolution within SLAs
• Monitor Salesforce dashboards to identify trends in practice inquiries and report on case resolution efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and care center staff to streamline workflows and resolve escalated billing issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• 3+ years of experience in a medical billing office or equivalent claims experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• Experience with athenaHealth/athenaOne and Salesforce (Case Management) is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of credentialing and enrollment related to claims processing required
