Claims Block Owner

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise vision and multi-year strategy for the claims block, the full-time remote AVP Claims Block Owner will define technology roadmaps, enhance operational efficiency, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive large-scale initiatives that improve claims capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the multi-year claims technology and capability strategy, including roadmap development and prioritization of enhancements
• Communicate the enterprise vision for the claims block and ensure alignment across business units while driving continuous improvement
• Partner with various teams to lead high-impact initiatives that enhance claims outcomes and manage external partner dependencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 12 years of work experience in project management, portfolio management, or operations
• 8 years of leadership or people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
