Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Claims Business Analyst, the full-time remote position will partner with the Claims department to document workflows, define requirements, and support the development of an automated work management system to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Document and analyze current claims processes and workflows, translating business needs into functional requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with IT teams to implement system enhancements
  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure smooth adoption of new workflows
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Professional experience as a Claims Business Analyst in the Property & Casualty insurance industry
  • Proven ability to analyze business problems and develop effective solutions with minimal supervision
  • Experience managing multiple assignments and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and regulatory considerations
