Job Summary

To support the Claims Department, the full-time Claims Business Analyst will deliver business analysis and system automation initiatives, including AI, while managing project allocation and system maintenance remotely with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct business analysis to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement within the Claims Department
  • Manage project allocation and coordinate priorities across multiple system-related initiatives
  • Lead and support system automation efforts, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance business practices and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of information systems projects
  • Working knowledge of insurance processing systems and workflows
  • Experience with AI tools, software, and best practices
  • Two to three years of prior insurance experience
