Key Responsibilities

• Research provider disputes and collaborate on updates to claims editing systems
• Conduct root cause analysis and error correction for encounter error rejections
• Ensure data integrity and process optimization by identifying trends and generating reports

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience with claims processing
• Provider claims dispute experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
