Claims Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Claims Business Systems Analyst will manage the configuration, build, and maintenance of the core claims platform while executing internal tickets, developing test scripts, and troubleshooting system issues.
Key responsibilities
- Execute internal configuration and build tickets from the Claims technology JIRA backlog
- Develop test scripts and execute test scenarios for system enhancements and integrations
- Serve as the first-line troubleshooter for claims system issues and maintain system documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in insurance claims and claims systems (e.g., Origami, Guidewire)
- Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based systems
- Familiarity with creating process maps and writing functional specifications
- Experience in developing test plans and writing test scripts
