Job Summary

Seeking confident and outgoing individuals, the full-time remote Claims Call Center Representative will process first notice of loss claims, resolve complex inquiries, and liaise with clients while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Process clients' first notice of loss claim reports accurately and timely
  • Resolve complex claims inquiries and provide effective service to customers
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve customer care quality
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Ability to work in a designated workspace free from distractions
  • Stable high-speed internet connection of at least 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down
