Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and workflow support across various claims departments
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Manage and process claim-related documentation and coordinate logistics for injured workers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• One or more years of experience in a professional office environment
• Prior exposure to Workers' Compensation or a similar industry is preferred
