Job Summary

Providing essential administrative and workflow support, the full-time Claims Care Advocate will manage records, coordinate requests, and respond to customer inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support across various claims operations and serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries
  • Manage and process requests for claim-related documentation and maintain accurate claim files for efficient review
  • Coordinate logistics for injured workers and claims staff, including scheduling and transportation arrangements
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • One or more years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Prior exposure to Workers' Compensation or a similar industry is preferred
